Sublimation is the process where a design gets printed onto special transfer paper in full color, and then heat pressed onto the t shirts. When the heat reacts to the ink it will turn into a vapor and get dyed into the fibers of the fabric. When it is done there will be no feel to the shirt that it is like it never got printed at all and was already manufactured with the design on it. There are a few things that must be followed when using sublimation designs for t shirts. The shirt must be white and 100% polyester. This is the best type of shirt for sublimation printing.
