Printing Sublimation

There are many ways that you can get fabric printed. You can get them screen printed, vinyl printed, or use printing sublimation. All of these are great ways that you can get something decorated, and are of each different quality and versatility. Many screen printing companies may not offer all these services where you would have to go to multiple stores to get one service done. We have been in business for over 30 years. Printing sublimation is a way that you can use a full color image on a shirt. Unlike screen printing where you are limited to how many colors you choose to use, it won’t matter with printing sublimation. The only requirements that must be met are the shirt has to be white and 100% polyester. This will guarantee that the colors are bright when it is printed. The second thing that is a must is that the art image must be high resolution and large in scale so that when it is scaled appropriately to the size of the shirts, it will not look pixelated or blurry.

We can print across the whole shirt on the front and the back, and even over the seams. There will be some areas that will have white crease marks, especially around the arm area, which are unavoidable when it goes under the press. When the design is printed on special printing sublimation paper, the ink will turn into a vapor and get dyed into the fabric.
