The process of designing and creating Sublimated T Shirts is not complicated, but it is an art and requires experience, artistic talent and specialized equipment that is costly.  Sublimation inks are far more expensive than traditional garment inks and the equipment and process involved requires experience and expertise to produce the desired results.

Sublimated T Shirts start out in the design phase.  Artists use graphics software to design their garments and match their color requirements,  after processing their design work through RIP software, the job is output to a specialized wide format sublimation printer that transfers the design to a transfer medium.  Once dry, the transfer medium is placed completely flat on the garment and using industrial heat and pressure, the image is fused into the fabric of the garment.  The results are brightly colored Sublimated T Shirts.

Sublimation printing offers a professional look on a modest budget.  In the past, 360 sublimation required cut and sew fabrication, with today’s advancement in sublimation technology, sewn T Shirts can now be sublimated, both front and back, with limited creasing and exposure to blank fabric.  AMBRO Manufacturing has attained 98% coverage results and we are pioneering improvements every day.
