If you are looking to get something done that is different from what everyone else has, full sublimation printing is the way to go. With full sublimation printing you can have pretty much anything g you want printed onto a t-shirt. You can get wild and crazy with your design. The busier the designs for sublimation the cooler they look.

With sublimation printing if you choose to go with printing on a pre sewn garment as opposed to doing cut and sew sublimation you will definitely want to go with a busy patter because you will get imperfections like in the armpit area. With a busy pattern it will distract the eye from the imperfections on the sublimation printed t-shirts and you will never even know it is there.

Sublimation is a really unique process and this is why if you choose to do sublimation on a pre-sewn garment you will have some imperfections. Sublimation starts with a 100% polyester t-shirt that is all white. You will also need your art work once you have your art work you can print out your image onto heat transfer paper using special sublimation inks. Once you image is printed onto the heat transfer paper with the special sublimation inks you will then line up the image and the t-shirt. Once you have lined up the image to the t-shirt you will then want to apply heat and pressure using a heat press. When the heat is applied to the sublimation inks it turns into a gaseous vapor that infuses into the polyester material of the t-shirts. And then you have you full sublimation print.
